By accessing and using Scenify.Video ("Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service. We may update these terms from time to time; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

2. Nature of the Service and Third-Party Models

Scenify.Video offers a user-friendly interface and experience built on top of AI video generation models provided by third parties, such as OpenAI (Sora 2), Google DeepMind (Veo 3.1), and other underlying model providers. We are an independent service and are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by these model providers. Your use of our platform is subject to our terms; the availability, behavior, and output of underlying models may change and are outside our direct control.

3. Use License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Service for personal or commercial use in accordance with these terms. You may not:

  • Resell, redistribute, or sublicense the Service or any generated content beyond the rights we expressly grant.
  • Use the Service for any illegal purpose or in violation of applicable laws.
  • Attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, or overload our systems.
  • Use the Service to generate content that infringes others' rights or is harmful, misleading, or illegal.

4. Account and Credits

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account. Credits and subscriptions are subject to our pricing and billing terms. Unused credits may expire as stated at the time of purchase. Refunds are handled according to our refund policy.

5. Disclaimer

The Service and all materials are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Scenify.Video does not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that generated content will meet your expectations. You use the Service at your own risk.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Scenify.Video and its suppliers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of data, profit, or business opportunity, arising from your use or inability to use the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

7. Intellectual Property and Generated Content

You retain ownership of content you input (e.g. prompts, images). Subject to your compliance with these terms, we grant you a license to use the videos and other output you generate through the Service for commercial and personal use. We retain the right to use anonymized, aggregated data to improve our services.
